Senkei Plaza Hotel - Hakone

I had a recent stay where I had to haul my bags up four flights of stairs-hard pass for someone who prefers sake to cardio. the staff did their best, always smiling, and the room was spacious. the onsen experience was refreshing, even if the outdoor one was closed. the walk to the station felt longer while lugging my bags, but at least the sakura trees were pretty. Just a heads-up: if you like soft beds, you might want to rethink your options!

Actually, the room was big and airy, it also had hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets. It was based in beautiful building in a magnificent location, between mountains.

Senkei Plaza was a delightful surprise. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a magical rooftop onsen made our stay memorable. Easy access from the station and a delicious breakfast added to the value. Don't miss out on trying the massage!

The hotel's family room comes equipped with central heating, multi-channel television, and an electric kettle. the location of Senkei Plaza is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the outdoor onsen, train station, and ferry port.

the traditional vibes were charming, and the staff's hospitality and onsen experience were top-notch. Though the room was a bit dated and breakfast options limited, overall, it was a delightful retreat. the gentle river sounds added to the tranquil ambiance.

Absolutely mind, blowing experience! the cozy room with comfy beds, stunning rooftop hot bath, and peaceful river soundtrack made our stay unforgettable. the staff, especially the English, speaking lady at checkout, were super friendly and helpful. the delicious breakfast with top, notch vegetable juice and onsen experience left us feeling rejuvenated. the massage was jaw, droppingly good. We LOVED the well, kept indoor and outdoor onsens. Convenient shuttle service and easy access to the bus stop added to the convenience. a fantastic stay! .

I stayed here with my child for one night and had a fantastic experience, the rooms were spotless and we loved being so close to the ferry port.

The room here is spotless and comes with a heater right in the middle, a TV with various channels, and a desk for you to write on 🌟 Not to mention, there's a bidet in the bathroom for added comfort.
